Torry Harris begins by identifying processors close to the point of catch, working across the Indian coastlines. The company also works in Dubai with interests in South East Asian Countries and Vietnam.

With the objective of concentrating on value added seafoods, Torry Harris established its own processing and seafood plant. Its trained labour force allows a high degree of control, right from the fishing harbour through pre-processing and production. The first of its kind in India, the plant has a capacity to produce over 45 tonnes per day. This well-equipped EU approved factory, a joint venture between Torry Harris Inc. of New Jersey, USA and their Indian counterpart Torry Harris Seafoods Ltd., has evolved a new customer service culture through better utilisation of resources, induction of newer technologies and strict adherence to international quality standards. Production practices in this factory adhere to current GMP, operates under a programme of proper SSOP and is in compliance with US FDA guidelines of HACCP, so as to ensure that customer get highest quality seafood.
